Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed, roasted and shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation.

For SingPost tracked label, the item would be delivered to the mailbox within 1-2 business days once shipped. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Do note that these estimates are provided by SingPost, and may be subject to delays.

For NinjaVan, the item would be delivered to your doorstep within 1-3 business days once shipped. An email or Telegram message with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Cancellation Policy

As our coffee beans are roasted to order (i.e. roast only on order, we do not carry ready stocks), orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once the order has been processed.

We also do not accept returns as coffee is a perishable and we do not carry ready stock.
