Our autumn signature house drink has gotten an update!
Its always autumn here with our Apple Cinnamon Matcha Cloud! Salted matcha cold foam with cinnamon infused simple syrup is poured over apple juice and dusted with more cinnamon powder.
For the matcha, we use Marukyu Koyamaen’s Isuzu. For the apple juice base, we use Aomori red apple juice which is one of the best apple juice we have ever tried in our time living in Japan’s Tohoku region and is considered one of the best grown apples in Japan. This drink will be on the sweeter side due to the natural sweetness of the apple juice base as well as the addition of cinnamon infused syrup.
Allergen information: As this drink contains cinnamon, do let us know if you are allergic to cinnamon and we will remove the cinnamon from the drink.
