Enjoy refreshing Japanese specialty craft cola, crafted in-house in small batches with all natural ingredients. A concoction of citrus fruits and spices comes together beautifully with cascara tea (coffee cherry tea), perfect for the sweltering heat.
Cascara is the dried fruit husk of the coffee cherry (yes, coffee is a fruit!) that is usually discarded as a by-product of coffee processing. As a coffee cherry, cascara has a reminiscent taste of natural coffees with tasting notes that vary from plums, hibiscus, red berries and herbal flavour. Enjoy what can be considered the “true” origin taste of coffee when brewed as a tea beverage (or strictly speaking a tisane in tea terminology).
In terms of caffeine, as we do not use kola nuts for our craft cola currently (due to sourcing issues), the caffeine content is derived from the brewed cascara which has about 25% caffeine of a long black.
