We’ve upgraded the dirty!
Inspired by the OG Dirty at Bear Pond Espresso in Japan, this beverage will more closely resemble the beverage in terms of volume and intensity.
The first half of two separate double ristretto shots are slowly pulled over chilled 100% Hokkaido milk to give an intense and delicious drink.
For the increased intensity, the drink will have more milk added to balance out the flavours to make up the fuller 9oz cup.
Ristretto comes from the Italian word to mean “restricted” or “limited” and is pulled with half the water used as compared to espresso. This results in a more “concentrated” shot of coffee and you can expect a brighter, intense flavour than compared to an espresso. Expect more acidity, sweetness and an intense flavour when enjoyed as a milk beverage.
In terms of caffeine strength, this beverage would have slightly more caffeine than a traditional double espresso shot.
