A “yuan yang” (coffee and tea) from a certain point of view; espresso meets cascara (coffee cherry tea) and craft cola to bring you this amazing fizzy beverage.
In terms of flavour profile, this will be similar to spiced coffee or cafe de olla due to the house craft cola (not commercially manufactured cola).
As spices are used in craft cola, please reach out if you have any allergies. The spices used include, but are not limited to, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and star anise.
