A “yuan yang” (coffee and tea) from a different point of view, espresso meets cascara (coffee cherry tea) and craft cola to bring you this amazing fizzy beverage.
In terms of flavour profile, this will be similar to spiced coffee or cafe de olla due to the craft cola (not commercially manufactured cola).
As spices are used in craft cola, please reach out if you have any allergies. The spices used include, but are not limited to, cinnnamon, pepper, cloves, cardamom.
