Who knew shots of genmaicha over chilled ice and milk would be this good?
Our genmaicha latte is made with Niko Neko’s Mokuren which is 100% pure powder (i.e. not a pre-mix), hence it is unsweetened (sugar-free) and is the default. If you need sugar/are used to drinking sweetened matcha, do indicate and we will sweeten it (with one teaspoon of sugar).
Alternatively, we find that if you prefer this drink sweeter, the pairing of the sweeter and creamier oat milk really complements the drink well.
