I need this matcha ice to beat this Singapore heat!
For the matcha purists; straight 5g of matcha over water. No sugar. Our matcha is 100% pure powder (i.e. not a pre-mix), hence it is unsweetened (sugar-free) and is the default. If you need sugar/are used to drinking sweetened matcha, do indicate and we will sweeten it (with one teaspoon of sugar).
The default standard matcha we are serving now is Marukyu Koyamaen’s Isuzu.
We have other limited matchas available as well (additional cost applies) if you would like a different flavour profile or prefer more exquisite matcha:
- Kanbayashi Shunsho: Goun no Shiro
- Tsujiri: Yutaka Mukashi
- Kanbayashi Shunsho: Zuihou
