For the matcha purists; straight matcha over water.
Our matcha is made with Marukyu Koyamaen’s Aoarashi. Our matcha is 100% pure powder (i.e. not a pre-mix), hence it is unsweetened (sugar-free) and is the default. If you need sugar/are used to drinking sweetened matcha, do indicate and we will sweeten it (with one teaspoon of sugar).
