Inspired by the humble Japanese rice cracker snack (i.e. senbei) enjoyed in childhood. Genmaicha is topped with a shoyu caramel cloud made with premium Kikkoman soy sauce and Okinawa black sugar.
The drink is lightly sweetened in the cloud to balance the flavours.
Our genmaicha latte is made with dilutedcoke’s genmaicha.
Alternative Milk: Unfortunately, we use dairy products in the whipping cream and there are no alternative milk options (for now).
