Our houjicha is sourced from Marukyu Koyamaen.
This drink will be lightly sweetened due to the strawberry infused simple syrup in the cold foam by default to bring out the flavour of sakura and adjusting the overall balance of the drink.
What does sakura taste like? Sakura in terms of flavour is derived from salted pickled sakura flowers, and has a flavour akin to floral rose. For our local palate, it would taste like subtle unsweetened bandung.
Alternative Milk: Unfortunately, as the cold foam is made from dairy products, there would not be an alternative version.
