Perfect for when you are feeling a little fancy, or perhaps want to try coffee in a different light. Think of this drink as a signature coffee mocktail and enjoy a different presentation of coffee. Clarified coffee uses a technique called milk-washing, borrowed from the world of bartending. The clarification process softens the coffee’s sharper edges, leaving you with a clean and silky finish. It’s coffee, reimagined—less bitter, more balanced, and strikingly elegant.


⚠️ A Note for Our Lactose-Sensitive Friends

While clarified coffee looks clear, it’s not dairy-free. While milk curds are filtered out during the clarification process, lactose is water-soluble and remains in the drink.
